New Care Management Center Provides Expanded Access to Home Infusion
NEW ORLEANS, August 7, 2018 — Option Care Enterprises, Inc. (“Option Care”), the nation’s largest provider of home and alternate treatment site infusion therapy services, is expanding patient access to care with the opening of its first Care Management Center in Louisiana. The facility opened June 11 in Elmwood, La., introducing the company’s personalized clinical care to patients covered by national and regional health insurance plans.
Through the new Louisiana Care Management Center (“CMC”), Option Care’s dedicated team of clinicians, nurses, pharmacists, technicians and dietitians may now deliver home and alternate treatment site infusion services to patients who rely on infusion therapies for complex conditions including:

- Nutritional and gastrointestinal disorders
- Advanced cardiac failure
- Primary immune deficiencies
- Hemophilia and bleeding disorders
- Autoimmune disorders
- End-stage organ failure
