In 1979, two pharmacists, Michael Prime and Mitchell Hoggard, came together to help a young man who suffered from a car accident and needed to receive 10-hour infusions of TPN every day at the hospital. Michael and Mitchell knew they could give him a more fulfilling life by providing flexible care options. From their pioneering vision and compassionate care, the home infusion industry was born.
