Job Description Summary:

The Vice President, Investor Relations (IR) is responsible for creating a proactive, strategic, best in class investor relations function, developing and executing Option Care Health’s investor relations strategy and all related written materials, and serving as the primary point of contact for the global investor community. This role is accountable for creating and presenting a consistent and compelling message to the investment community on behalf of OCH, and for monitoring and presenting to management the opinions of the investment community regarding OCH’s performance.

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns with OCH’s goals and enhances shareholder value.

  • Prepare and present key financial information, including earnings releases, annual reports, and investor presentations. Lead earnings calls and investor meetings.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with analysts, institutional investors, and other key stakeholders to foster confidence and support for OCH’s strategic initiatives.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and investor feedback to inform senior management and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements regarding financial disclosures and reporting. Oversee the preparation of materials for board meetings and investor conferences.

  • Develop and execute communication strategies in response to market events or crises that may impact OCH’s reputation.

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred

  • 15+ years of progressive financial, management, and leadership responsibilities with extensive experience in shareholder communications

  • 5+ years in Investor Relations

Basic Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success leading an investor relations function, including the successful development and implementation of strategic, proactive IR plans that have delivered results.

  • Experience and success serving as an independent contributor, with strong examples of cross functional partnership.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrates the ability to translate company strategies into crisp, persuasive, strategic messaging.

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skill set; ability to take large volumes of information and present it in a clear and concise manner to senior management, the Board and the global investor community.

  • Understanding of financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors. Comprehension of macroeconomics, capital markets and trends, competitor activities, and key metrics for companies in the industry.

  • Knowledge of SEC disclosure and filing requirements. Builds strong relationships and works effectively/credibly with senior leadership.

  • Cultivates, develops, and maintains a strong network of investment community relationships, including investors, analysts, rating agencies and financial media.

  • Detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Pay Range is $180,599.08-$301,005.81
