The Senior Director of Product Management and Strategy is a visionary leader responsible for shaping and executing product strategies that align with the company’s mission and long-term goals. This role demands deep expertise in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and financial discipline to drive innovation, growth, and operational excellence across a portfolio of healthcare technology solutions.Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision that supports the Products strategic direction and growth objectives.
- Develop and oversee short- and long-term product strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans that deliver measurable business impact.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute top strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with evolving market conditions and organizational priorities.
- Ability to build and sell the product vision and strategy to key business and leadership stakeholders.
Product Expertise & Market Intelligence
- Build deep expertise in the company’s product portfolio, including technical capabilities, customer use cases, and value propositions.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
- Translate market insights into actionable strategies that differentiate products and drive adoption.
- Be the go-to product expert that can work with the business leaders and deliver business results.
Prioritization & Financial Discipline
- Lead product prioritization efforts using data-driven frameworks that balance customer needs, business impact, and resource constraints.
- Develop robust business cases and perform ROI analysis for new initiatives and enhancements.
- Drive financial accountability through pre- and post-launch performance assessments, ensuring initiatives meet or exceed business goals.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee product development processes, ensuring efficient execution from concept through delivery.
- Establish protocols, standards, and best practices for product management across the organization.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation aligned with strategic and tactical plans.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Serve as a key liaison between product teams, senior leadership, customers, and external partners.
- Facilitate clear, continuous communication across all levels of the organization to manage expectations and align priorities.
- Present product strategies, performance metrics, and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor high-performing product management teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support career development through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the team and broader organization.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This role includes hiring, performance reviews, promotions, and team development responsibilities.
Basic Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems).
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in technology or product management.
- At least 10 years of experience in healthcare technology.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading product teams and managing full product lifecycle.
- Strong background in business case development, financial modeling, and ROI analysis.
- Demonstrated success in market research and competitive analysis.
- Experience managing departmental budgets and resource planning.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Experience with enterprise healthcare platforms or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $180,114.99-$300,206.64Benefits:
