Job Description Summary:
The M&A Manager will play a critical role in the company’s merger and acquisition activities, with primary responsibility for evaluating target companies from a procurement, supply chain, and revenue impact perspective. This role will partner closely with Market Access and Pricing, Corporate Development, Finance, Operations, Clinical, and Revenue Cycle teams to assess value creation opportunities, identify risks, and support integration planning for acquisitions within the infusion services space.Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
M&A Due Diligence (Procurement & Supply Chain)
- Lead procurement-focused diligence for acquisition targets, including:
- Drug sourcing strategies, vendor contracts, and GPO participation
- Cost of goods sold (COGS) structure and margin drivers
- Rebates, chargebacks, and pricing compliance
- Inventory analysis, purchasing processes,
- Identify cost synergies, savings opportunities, and procurement-related risks post-acquisition
- Assess scalability and alignment of target procurement practices with the company’s operating model
Revenue & Commercial Diligence
- Evaluate target revenue streams, payer mix, reimbursement models, and pricing dynamics
- Analyze infusion drug economics, site-of-care mix, and service-line profitability
- Partner with Finance and Revenue Cycle teams to assess sustainability of revenue, billing practices, and reimbursement risk
- Identify revenue growth opportunities and integration-related risks
Cross-Functional Deal Support
- Collaborate with Corporate Development to support valuation, deal structuring, and investment theses
- Work closely with Operations, Clinical, IT, and Legal teams to surface operational and compliance considerations
- Prepare diligence materials, executive summaries, and presentations for senior leadership and investment committees
Integration Planning & Execution
- Support post-close integration planning related to procurement and revenue processes
- Assist in tracking synergy realization and performance against acquisition assumptions
- Provide ongoing analytical support during the integration period
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, consulting, procurement, or healthcare operations
- Strong understanding of healthcare economics, ideally within infusion services, specialty pharmacy, or provider-based services
- Experience conducting operational or commercial due diligence
- Advanced financial and analytical skills (Excel, PowerPoint; data analysis tools a plus)
Preferred
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Experience with drug purchasing, GPOs, payer reimbursement, or revenue cycle management
- Prior experience supporting post-merger integration efforts
- Background in private equity–backed or high-growth healthcare organizations

Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:
Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $126,505.85-$210,858.08Benefits:
