Job Description Summary:

Responsible for the management of projects assigned and executive support to multiple executives from planning through delivery and execution. Responsible for the scoping of approved projects, planning resources, and ensuring impact analysis on dependencies are clearly articulated. Drives and provides updates on Company-wide HR, Diversity and Communications initiatives in partnership with the leadership teams of assigned executives. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the executives offices assigned.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)

  • Responsible for executive driven initiatives including management of agenda and content for related leadership calls, monthly/quarterly Town Halls and company-wide events involving executives leaders
  • Draft presentations for ELT meetings and Compensation Committee meetings and other materials directed by the supported executives
  • Oversees and prioritizes assigned projects tasks, timelines and project plans and communicates status to all affected stakeholders
  • Manages the DE&I Working group calendar, drives completion of projects and provides regular updates to key stakeholders.  Manages agenda and meetings for the DE&I Steering Committee
  • Manages all HR policies and HR handbook and ensures regular reviews, updates and communication
  • Completes a broad variety of tasks including managing an extremely active calendar; monitor, compose, and
  • responding to correspondence; arranging agendas; managing scheduling and calendaring meetings
  • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the executive, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Consults with the executive in determining appropriate course of
  • action, referral, or response; communicates directly, and on behalf of the executive with senior leaders and board members, and others on matters related to the organization’s initiatives and activities
  • Provides an avenue for clear communication. Maintains credibility, trust and support between the office of the
  • executive and the internal staff
  • Handles confidential and/or sensitive department information with discretion
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma and 10 years of experience in administrative/project management and executive support

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be both service-oriented and a behind-the-scenes leader; able to effectively manage multiple projects
  • and tasks simultaneously
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and possess the ability to design, set up and manage internal processes and protocols; must manage collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Pay Range is $70,218.51-$117,008.35
