Paid Time Off

401K Retirement Savings Plan with Company Match

Option Care Health wants to be sure you’re prepared for retirement. That’s why we offer a 100% match on the first 4% you contribute to the plan. Team Members are eligible to participate in the plan from their date of hire, and are eligible for the company match after one year of service and 1000 hours worked.

HSA Company Match

Team members enrolled in a company HSA plan will receive a quarterly employer sponsored match to their HSA up to $500 annually for individuals and $1,000 annually for non-single tiers.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

Stretch those dollars by enrolling in Option Care’s Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts. Money deducted out of your check on a pre-tax basis can be used to reimburse yourself for eligible medical, dental, vision and childcare expenses.
